We work closely with our distributors to provide customized assistance that is needed to make sure that every end-user’s experience is successful. If you encounter any issue with your device or need special assistance, give us a call or write an email, our team of experts will support you and help solving the problems of your unit.

Help and support for your local fairs and exhibitions

If you intend to exhibit at a fair in your country and wish to promote eurobraille products, we would be happy to provide you with assistance and help. We will be able to supply technical support and give presentations with POS materials at your booth.

Trainings

Product trainings and presentations, software updates, maintenance tips… If you are a new or loyal distributor, you always need special trainings and advices in order to deliver your knowledge to your end-user clients.

Our training solutions are developed by subject matter experts of eurobraille to help our distributors improve their skills to advise their clients and maintain their fleet of Eurobraille devices.

We may offer different modules : individual or grouped sessions, in your office or in-house, full or half day…

Due to current social distancing and sanitary reasons, we may provide distance learning and virtual demonstration sessions to tell you more about our products.
