Our technical experts carry out diagnostic reports, repairs and test runs as carefully as they do when manufacturing their devices.

A large stock of spare parts allow us to undertake maintenance and repairs in a short time, and to limit the devices downtime.

As a kind reminder :

  •  Warrantied device : Distributor must return the device to Eurobraille at his own expense. The warranty covers spare parts replacement, labor and shipping back to the Distributor.

  • Out of warranty device: Distributor must return the device to Eurobraille at his own expense. We issue a repair quotation based on a diagnostic report we produced.

For any return of defective product to Eurobraille after-sales services, please issue a written statement by mail or email to contact@eurobraille.fr

The defective product will have to be sent to :

Please note that a 1 or 2-year warranty extension options are available when purchasing a Eurobraille device.
